We have our in house PAT Tester with a 

City and Guilds Level 3 Award in the Testing and Inspection of Electrical Equipment 603/6790/8.

If you rent your house and include electrical equipment such as Fridges, Microwaves, Televisions or any other appliance with a 13amp plug attached, it will be you as the landlord responsible to ensure the equipment is safe to use.  PAT Testing is the recognised standard . 

Each item will be tested and labelled with their results, and at the end of the test you will be given a full report/ certificate showing if the appliance has PASSED or FAILLED.

PAT Testing is generally required for HMO's that are let furnished, such as student accommodation and bedsits, but we can also offer testing for all other premises, from shops to offices, village halls and churches.

EICR are required every 5 years on rental properties or when a new tenancy agreement commences.  We are working on getting our own in-house tester, but we are not quite there yet, and so EICR's are outsourced at present .  Please request a quotation simply by messaging us. 

It is a legal requirement for a Landlord to have their rental properties gas equipment check annually.  This includes Gas Boilers, Gas Fires, and Gas Cookers.

Again we haven't our own in-house gas engineer so we out source these inspection to a qualified Gas Safety registered professional.
